The original purchaser of a ladies diamonds engagement ring, ladies wedding band, and men's wedding band from Gruno's Diamonds is entitled to a full refund (excluding sales tax) of the purchase price of that ring, up to a maximum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) if cumulative rainfall on the wedding date, identified above, for which the ring was purchased measures one inch or more. Rainfall will be measured during a 6-hour period and reported by the Greater Rockford Airport. To qualify for the refund, the wedding must take place a maximum of two years after purchase of the ring, and a minimum of 30 days before the wedding day. If the wedding date is rescheduled after the completion of this certificate, this certificate will be voided and a new certificate must be completed prior to the original wedding date and at least 30 days before the new wedding date. To receive the refund, the original purchaser must present the following: 1. The Marriage certificate 2. A driver's license or other official form of identification. Refund will be given to the original purchaser only, and cannot be transferred or sold. Claims must be presented within 6 months after the wedding date. I hereby give Gruno's Diamonds, their successors and assigns and those acting under the permission and upon their authority or those by whom they are commissioned, the unqualified right and permission to reproduce, copyright, publish, circulate or otherwise use sound bites of their voice, photographs and/or motion pictures of me whether taken at the office, in a studio or elsewhere, in black and white or color, along or in conjunction with other persons or characters, in television, radio, magazines newspaper
