grunoslogo_w Founded in 1953 in a small store just East of Rockford by Lester G. Gruno, Gruno’s was founded on service, quality, trust and loyalty. In 1982, lead bench jeweler Brent Meade, purchased the store from Lester and moved to its current location on Perryville Road in 2000. Today family owned and operated Gruno’s Diamonds has become an intrinsic part of the community with its benevolent efforts on behalf of more than 75 charity organizations. As the Rockford area’s only member firm of the American Gem Society, our professional staff has the latest gemological training, exceptional customer service and above all, integrity. Our reputation has been earned through consistency, education and continual training.

As part of our commitment to you, we provide master craftsmen to service all of your repair needs. Our laser-welding center has allowed Gruno’s to complete complicated jewelry restorations that we once considered impossible. We specialize in custom design jewelry, from renderings to unique one of a kind creations.

Gruno’s is proud to have the area’s only certified watchmaker. From battery replacements to complete watch restorations, he can service all of your needs. We are Rockford’s authorized Rolex repair center, and also service Cyma, Swiss army, Montblanc and most high grade Swiss brands.
