Return Policy

Refunds

Refunds are permitted within 15 days of purchase when accompanied with the original sales slip. The returned merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and where applicable, in the original gift box with all warranty cards and instruction books intact. Any refunds on cash and check purchases are given in the form of a check, unless under $10.00, then the return is paid in cash from drawer. Refund on check purchases will be given after 10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted within 30 days from the date of purchase when accompanied with the original sales slip. The returned merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition and where applicable, in the original gift box with all warranty cards and instruction books intact.

Special Orders

Special orders require a minimum 20% deposit at time of order. Special orders are not returnable and deposits are not subject to refund. A special order constitutes any jewelry or watch ordered, custom made, engraved, or altered at the customer's request.

Layaways

Layaways are for up to 90 days. All layaways require an initial 20% deposit and at least one payment of 20% of the balance per month. If a layaway is not paid on every month, the articles will be returned to stock. Layaways are only refundable within 10 days of original opening date. An in-store credit will only be issued after the initial 10 days.
